Badly needed maintenance yesterday. Should be fewer timeouts now.
I was doing some badly-needed maintenance on @WikiApiary and ended up approving an edit to the front page from @kghbln from almost a year ago. That fixed the FP timeout. Also fixed a bunch of other timeouts by increasing the # of php-fpm daemons. Thanks, Karsten!
