Roblox invited TheOfficiaiTeddy into Egg Hunt 2025/The Hatch. He makes dating/condo games. Roblox mostly let him do it for 3 years but has deleted his accounts and games. Spotted him in The Form game. You can't join unless you're invited. Confirmed it via a second method too.
