Could get used to this weather for calving time. 3 weeks in today and just clocked 80% calved. Just another 3 weeks to go. Cows bunching up into their mob for ☀️ @ScottishOrganic @PastureForLife

What a glprious week it is for doing some drainage and installing an extra water tank. Awesome place we live. The spring sun fairly lifts the mood. 🌞🌞🌞

During this cold snap, we have been very happy having this frost free trough. As always, modifications to the infrastructure needed but no need to worry about frozen troughs is brilliant. Its quite funny watching the cows walk back and forward across the hill in single file to it

Last day on top of the hill for these girls today. Move down a level tomorrow onto normal bale grazing to get them through to calving in April.

Well, it was a 1st for me today. Protesting these ridiculously thought out taxes. The turnout showed the scale of the problems we face.
