I’ve been doing a lot of speaking lately. Talking/venting to people I trust and feel comfortable with. What I’m feeling can be solved and so can what you’re feeling. Im not alone and neither are you ❤️

So I did a thing last night . I new thing for me. I was told "ohh your gunna die, but you'll love it!".And they were right!. my body was right on the verge of telling me, "I'm done!" (Meanwhile my legs were already screaming profanity at me lol) #f45newbie #makingchanges.

It's been a heck of a long time already, this sounds doable. Wouldn't it have many advatanges, such income, mental well being, a sense of me movement. we are grateful to not be in lockdown, but feel hard for whānau and others who are.
