You know what issue Ag doesn’t talk about enough, quality labor. I can’t find any. I live 30 mins north of a million people, no one wants to do manual work. Even for cold hard cash. Funny thing, my best help comes from farm kids with less acres eager to earn more money.

Built an indemnity estimator engine good for 20 years back for both ECO and SCO good for any county in the country. Why? Not sure, maybe just because I wanted a challenge.
