A rajakaluve (major storm water drain) is encroached now. Imagine the weight of the cement concrete causing a collapse of the storm water platform, letting all the sewage rush into people's homes. A violation of the Supreme Court ruling that does not allow permanent structures.

The downfall of HSR layout needs to be studied. No walkable footpaths, garbage dump everywhere, cars and trucks parked in the middle of road. Alcohol consumption on footpath. Open urination. Insane that sky high rents give you this living conditions.@WeAreHSRLayout
