Do you find that even small amounts of alcohol reduce your ability to get good sleep? Multiple people who track there sleep using a wearable tell us that is the #1 thing they found. Is anyone sleeping better because of alcohol? We would like to know.

Short, intense exercise "snacks" have been shown to be as effective as dedicated gym sessions for improving fitness and increasing health span. Do 100 air squats done fast, run up some stairs, jump for joy, anything that gets your heart rate up. You can do this!

Just because something is socially acceptable, doesn’t mean it is good or healthy. In 1960, smoking 4 packs a day & having a few martinis at lunch was perfectly acceptable. Not so much the case anymore. We are an adaptable species; we learn, & hopefully do better. @bryan_johnson
