I appreciate all of the very thoughtful messages about mental health support. This year it’s been a lot of death, near death, external triggers… things that are impossible to control, so it’s always a case of exercising the things I do to help me when I’m struggling. I did ♥️.

Thank you for all the kind messages. One of my parents had critical surgery, and unfortunately I’d been given some incorrect information which left me extremely anxious and unable to sleep. Thankfully they pulled through it. I appreciate all the messages of support.
A year packed with bad days. Yesterday was one of the most difficult in my life. As a chronic sufferer of anxiety, can honestly say I’ve never felt anything quite so rough . Got through it, technically a new day. So has to be better, right 🙂.
