Fun angle I just learned about the Raja Jackson Attempted Murder, which I'm sure the @LAPDHQ are taking into account, but the crime was live streamed across state lines, which means the feds can likely get involved via 18 U.S.C 1343. or at least that's what my amateur reading of.
