I know how I feel and I think it’s how most of us feel. It is the Republicans who have to own the fact that they control all branches of government and their priorities for the American people is to kick them off their health insurance and deny babies food. This is theirs to own.

This is just more chaos and confusion. The American people deserve to know if Trump is freezing the programs they need to live. Tell them.
This is NOT a rescission of the federal funding freeze. It is simply a rescission of the OMB memo. Why? To end any confusion created by the court's injunction. The President's EO's on federal funding remain in full force and effect, and will be rigorously implemented.
