Final Tier list for MK1 (unless new patch comes out). Characters can be moved around a couple of places except top 3 (whom are all of equal strength), the tier list is very accurate, and if you disagree, you are wrong.

You can swap anyone in the same tier, as anyone on the same tier is the same strength imo, except homelander hes actually 2, those nerfs did nothiing.
