Students took part in a wide variety of activities yesterday as part of our end of year rewards celebrations. There was a Science themed escape room, Maths related games and puzzles, mandalas and Malteser meditation, rounders, dodgeball and a walk to the Roundhouse for ice-cream!

Polling Day is here! After two weeks of campaigning, today students & staff are voting for our Head Students. Huge thanks to @WandFCouncil for the use of their actual ballot boxes! This is a great way to prepare our students for what voting is really like. #proudofourcommunity

Yr6 students have participated in two excellent transition days. They've got to know their Yr7 form groups, experienced a full school day & participated in a variety of lessons incl. Art, Maths, PD, English, Science, DT, all supported by senior students & student subject leaders.

Spellbinding Book Awards 2025! We heard fascinating talks from @ClareFurniss (the winner, woo!) and @theLucyStrange, enjoyed writing workshops, loved meeting authors and getting their autographs. Thank you @CumbriaSLS for such a fun and inspirational day! #proudofourstudents

Yr10 attended a Taster Day at @furness_college. They had a great time experiencing different courses of their choosing and getting a feel for what a day at college is like. We received lots of fantastic feedback about our students' engagement and behaviour. Well done Yr 10!
