Just realized I missed celebrating a personal anniversary. Just before July 4th in 1993 I was fired from my radio job in L.A.! That forced me to get going with my true dream. Shortly after I got into Voice Acting & never looked back. Here's to 30 years of freedom!

Wild Tiger storage bangle by Proplica. Got it on ebay & it's very cool, though it hardly fits my wrist. It does a lot more than what I show here, but the instructions are mostly in Japanese so it'll be a while before I figure it out.

Very sad to report that our "adopted grandma" Shirley passed away peacefully this morning at 1am.
She had a heart attack a few weeks ago and had been in hospice care since then at her daughter's home in Palm Desert.
She would have been 96 on the 28th of this month.

Remembering back to 1987 when I saw Pee-Wee get his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (back when getting a star actually meant something). I waited a long time to see him and I was really close to the podium. I took these shots. Good times. RIP Paul Reubens.

On this day 46 years ago, June 22, 1977, I saw Elvis Presley in concert in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
I shot the entire roll of 36 pictures in my camera (no digital cams back then) in the first 15 minutes. It was electric! I was so excited!

Just found out that one of the auditions I sent in was approved by producers & will be used for the final result...no VO session needed. They'll just pay me the fee.
It's why you should make sure that every audition you do should be "final session quality" in case this happens.

Saw Steve Perry in a hardware store today. He didn't look like he wanted to talk to anyone. But there were so many things I wanted to tell him. I don't often get starstruck, but he's one of the greatest voices in Rock 'n' Roll and his songs have meant to much to me personally.
