Finally finished āAss Riderā! The 36āx48ā acrylic is based off a photo of my grandfather, Coon, who won a donkey race back in the 1960ās. Itās the only donkey race he has ever won (that we are aware of) and itās something that Iāve been wanting to paint for a very long time.

My buddy, an IU grad, wanted art for the b-ball game today without specifying which team to favor. I asked him how in the hell do you draw a Hoosier? He said that heās a Hoosier (whatever that means) so I could just draw him in there. I told him that he probably didnāt want that.
