Interesting statistic: "“When you have roads with safe and protected cycle tracks, like the bike lanes on Bloor, Yonge and University . , the sidewalk riding drops dramatically. It goes from about 10 per cent on roads without any bike lanes to two per cent or even less.”.

This is dangerous, left over from when there wasn't a South Core. Now there's heavy pedestrian traffic across this on ramp to the Gardiner at Bay St. Needs safe crossing.
