Lmao peel it if you don’t want to strain the juice (it will be smoothie texture like in the picture). If you plan to strain it, just chop it up and put it in there! 😋 I use a 50/50 ratio and just fill the cup/blender with water. 🌱

I peel and blend the ginger with pineapple and water and a few cubes of ice. The recipe is extremely flexible — you can drink as is (as seen in photo) or even strain it. You can watch how I make it here 💗🌱

I like to drink it the night before and maybe the morning of and the lunch before (assuming the date/event is at night). The longer you drink it, the better 🌱
