Empathy please. Apart from the obvious privacy violation and consent issues, it is unfair to mock/judge a patient for being curious about their illness.
Doctors may have more knowledge about interpreting radiographs, but I firmly believe it should come with more humility as well.

The lesson was actually imparted to theists to not view their atheist brethren as unwanted or useless.
Atheists weren't involved, because they wouldn't be listening to a religious sermon in the first place.
In any case, the spirit of complimenting someone is lost on a lot of you.

All this while, he wanted to enquire about worms in the patient's stool!
I find South Indian doctors(who don't know Hindi at all) too brave to come to north for their post graduation.
I can't survive at a place where I don't understand what the patient is telling me.
I know they learn enough Hindi in few months...but the struggle is real.

There is no point chasing high scores anywhere except entrance exams. However, working hard for any and every exam builds discipline, self confidence and sincerity which are much required qualities for success in life. Exams should be treated as means, not ends!
