Here I'm just thinking, we know how there are always special people with extra body features? Like 6 fingers on each hand, 12 toes, 2 belly buttons, 3 breasts etc... What if that also happens on the inside🤔 I don't know, but let's say 3 kidneys for example instead of two 🤷🏾♀️
