WASHINGTON (AP) — Democrat Jay Jones wins race for Virginia attorney general, defeating GOP incumbent Jason Miyares.

All northbound I-81 lanes are blocked in the Staunton area by an overturned tractor trailer near mile marker 222. The ramp from I-64 westbound onto I-81 northbound is also blocked. Northbound I-81 drivers will detour at exit 220 onto Route 262, the loop road around Staunton.
