We seek the support of a vendor in supporting two workstreams: (1) collaborating on the program and curriculum design and implementation plans for the “Community Coaching” program and (2) providing recommendations and support for outreach to Native and Tribal communities.

As part of this work, The Hub is committed to providing relevant and effective community engagement support to the full network of community lenders, loan recipients/projects, and communities interested in the development and implementation of Green Bank-eligible projects.

The West Virginia Community Development Hub (“The Hub”) has been selected to serve as the Green Bank for Rural America’s Technical Assistance lead organization in the area of Community Engagement.

Green Bank for Rural America will provide public and private capital that enables rural areas to gain the most benefit from the new energy economy. Through the CETA Hub, 27 selected community project teams will participate in a 15-month coaching cycle.
