I've been bubbling with stress lately but just finished the romance novel I've been reading for a month (😬) while sitting in front of the lit stove and it's the calmest I've felt in ages. Possibly obvious, but maybe let yourself enjoy time-consuming things you love ♥️

love the emotional rollercoaster of having a dissertation due in 7 weeks. the way I go from ‘I’ve got this sorted’ to anxious sweating in a period of 5 minutes is honestly impressive (and not fun!)
