5. Flipping that on its head, the next 12 months feel very critical to the protocol. Whether it's a DeepSeek moment, subnet revenue skyrocketing, or inter-subnet mining and connectivity (my bet is all 3), I struggle to imagine where we will be next year. All bets are off.

4. A lot of conversation in person about ecosystem perils seemed. less perilous. The reality is we are 4 months on from one of the most impressive technology releases in crypto history - we're arguing about parameters, not critical bugs.

3. Speaking to @kenjonmiyachi - he mentioned how he was pilled in Austin at Consensus two years ago. This had a similar feel - I spoke to a lot of people far smarter than me who are only just dipping their toes - I'm slightly terrified of what happens when they start building.
