Last week we held our first Care Certificate Supervisor SD! An informative day delivering skills teaching around supporting new HCSWs! The day included Intro to Coaching, Motivating others, Competency and Assertiveness and of course The CC @WestSuffolkNHS! Next date in June 👌🏼
