JVR finished up their season today with a sweep over Unity Christian and a record of 20-1-1. JV finished their season last night with a record of 18-0. Combine this with the 20-2 varsity record, our program is currently at 58-3-1. Congrats JV and JVR! Keep it rolling Varsity!

Our kids lift weights in-season. Period. It’s the expectation. And yes, even on game days. And if you don’t like that or agree with it, this just isn’t the place for you to coach or be a part of our athletic programs. It’s not punishment. It’s research based development.
