4th Grade Math AIG was up at the boards for the first time this year, digging into data! Love seeing their thinking and the various ways they approach the problem. @pgliljedahl @WestLakeElem @WCPSS_ALS

4th grade Reading AIG is focusing on citing evidence ✍️ in poetry today. Our focus poem is “The New Colossus” by, Emma Lazarus. A historical poem about the Statue of Liberty. 🗽

4th Grade math AIG exploring countries and their summer vs. winter medal counts. We are making predictions today based on locations of the countries. 🗺️

The AIG classroom at WLES is up and rolling for the 24-25 school year! This week we are focusing on our “one word for the year” - some of my favorites have been improvement, focus, strong, and persistence. 🎉 💪🏻 📈 Here’s to a great year ahead and making our 💡 glow brighter.
