@GlobalBTA A4. We have also supported women across the industry that feel they need support with Stage/Presentation masterclasses, to help ensure there's a huge pool of potential female speakers. We have then shared those trained speaker contacts with event organisers

@GlobalBTA A4. Our company is 87% female, we believe this is because we offer complete calendar control/flexi working. We don't do anything any different for our women vs our men, we're all in this together and find the men need as much capability & confidence building as we (women) do

@GlobalBTA A2. stop putting women on the sidelines. At major events put men & women front / centre stage together (and not just on panels talking about how to advance women!). If you don't know how to achieve this, ask me and I will help.

@cl_osborne @GlobalBTA Part-time work is a big one. It suits a lot of people to work 3 days a week and they can be very productive - no long lunches or wasting time at work. Many companies only pay lip service to it and IR35 has made it worse.
