BREAKING: The House has voted to NOT AGREE with the Senate's changes to H. 5399. This means the bill did NOT pass. It now goes to a "conference committee," where members of both the House and Senate to work out differences. TL;DR: Abortion REMAINS LEGAL in SC. #StopTheBanSC

BREAKING: The South Carolina Supreme Court just unanimously blocked the state’s ban on abortion after about 6 weeks of pregnancy. We applaud the court’s decision to protect the people of South Carolina from this cruel law that interferes with a person’s private medical decision.
