Painful lesson, do not upgrade to Gen2 Azure data warehouse if you use ADLS and external tables... not this week anyway. Perf is quite poor.

It is no coincidence that SSRS is four letters. And auto correct on my phone changes it to SARS, a nasty disease, when I want to type it.
