Similar deliveries were completed to selected PHC facilities in Sabha, Tripoli and Benghazi, ensuring continued access to life-saving medicines and strengthening primary healthcare services across Libya.

This initiative reaffirms the strong collaboration between WHO, the Ministry of Health, and implementing partners to improve service delivery and ensure the sustained availability of essential medicines for all.

As part of the European Union @EUinLibya -funded project to enhance access to essential primary healthcare services, WHO Libya handed over essential medicines to the Alhani Primary Health Care Facility in Tripoli — one of 15 PHCs supported under this initiative.

اليوم هو اليوم الدولي للتوعية بالجرعة المفرطة الجرعة المفرطة هي السبب الرئيسي للوفاة التي يمكن تجنبها في صفوف متعاطي المخدرات حقنًا. وتتجاوز معدلات تعاطي مواد الإدمان في إقليم شرق المتوسط المعدل العالمي، وهناك 3.4 مليون شخص يصابون بالاضطرابات الناجمة عن تعاطي المخدرات.

في الختام تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات لتعزيز الاستجابة الصحية 🇱🇾 و لاسيما: ✅ استراتيجية وطنية للصحة (5 سنوات) ✅ اجتماعات تنسيقية دورية ✅ دعم صحة المهاجرين والنازحين ✅ ربط مراكز الطوارئ EOCs ✅ تطوير الترصد الصحي وحساب وطني للتكاليف تم هذا الحوار بدعم من 🇮🇹 @ItalyMFA

في 21 أغسطس، عقدت @WHOLIBYA بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة و @IOM_Libya حواراً سياساتياً رفيع المستوى في #القاهرة لتعزيز الاستجابة الصحية في #ليبيا 🇱🇾 بمشاركة خبراء من @NcdcLy و @AfricaCDC و خبراء @WHOEMRO و @WHOLIBYA وشركاء دوليين.

شملت هذه السلسلة من الورش التدريبية #مصراتة و #طرابلس و #بنغازي حيث تم خلالها تعزيز قدرات 103 مساعدي مشرفي التطعيمات من 101 بلدية في مجال التخطيط وتنفيذ زيارات الإشراف الداعم لمواقع التطعيم إضافة إلى تطوير واختبار قائمة التحقق الخاصة بالإشراف من خلال تدريبات عملية ومحاكاة ميدانية

اختُتمت اليوم في #بنغازي 🇱🇾 سلسلة الورش التدريبية التي نظمتها @WHOLIBYA مع @NcdcLy ، وذلك بتدريب المجموعة الأخيرة من مساعدي مشرفي التطعيمات لبلديات المنطقة الشرقية و التي أقيمت خلال الفترة من 20 -22 أغسطس 2025.
