Some snow on Thanksgiving? It's possible. But certainly not unprecedented. And remember 2018? It was a COLD Turkey Trot! In fact we had the coldest Thanksgiving on record just 7 years ago.

We'll go from Fall to Winter quickly next week! Mild air with showers Tuesday/Wednesday will quickly change to chillier air and lake snow Wednesday/Thursday. Specific timing and any impacts will be better nailed down in the next few days.

As I've mentioned the last few days, local travel leading up to Thanksgiving shouldn't be an issue. BUT - things will change quickly ON or just AFTER Thanksgiving. So travel back after the holiday may be impacted by some local lake effect snow.
