We worked on designs for this large Grade II listed dwelling located in a charming village in Northamptonshire at the edge of the Cotswolds. The new addition reimagines the entrance area, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere that leads seamlessly into the heart of the home

Our clients greatly enjoyed the Japanese-inspired rain chain design, which elegantly descends from the gutter on the side of the kitchen, as well as the framed views of the village visible from the sitting room.

This is a render from one of our recent designs. The open-plan kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining area, creating a perfect space for gathering. Thoughtful positioning enhances light and connection, while the blend of textures and materials brings warmth.

We have been developing and sharing our Twin Motion renders, comparing them against AI inspired solutions. Although AI has made some basic design decision errors with small design elements; which we could easily amend, the overall results we feel are next level.

We enjoyed the opportunities afforded when designing this 1000m sq m. contemporary country house, which features a modern central sitting room with stunning 5+ mile views. The double height volume space, opens and connects the heart of the house to the far-reaching views.

The proposal was to add a ground floor addition to this significant country home in a Bedfordshire village. The clients wished for a ground floor primary bedroom which enabled level access to the main house.

This is an early rendering of the rear of a detached house in Northamptonshire, which has since been built. The project involved demolishing an outdated bungalow and strategically positioning this contemporary four-bedroom home in a location that better utilised the generous plot

The kitchen is the heart of the house. A well-used saying for a reason and an exciting opportunity for Architects, as good design makes easy gains here, overtly seen and enjoyed by all. Our team enjoys designing additions that include modern open plan kitchens.

These images are of a glazed link we designed connecting a new kitchen addition to a Grade II listed country home. Sunlight is a primary element in building design and when utilised, it enhances and animates the interior day in and day out.

Located in a North Oxfordshire village on the edge of the Cotswolds, this 18th-century Grade II listed house, originally two cottages combined into one, inspired an innovative approach to expanding its ground floor.
