Wow again. In 🇦🇺🇳🇿🇩🇪 giving pre-hosp TXA within 3h made no signif diff to survival with favourable functional outcome at 6 months (GOS-E) - TXA did ⬆️ survival (consistent with other trials) but also ⬆️ poor functional outcome #ccr23 @PATCHTrial 👏
