Thank you to our amazing big buddies from HDC for teaching us and leading us in some fun and exciting games and challenges this afternoon!

Today we said goodbye to our butterflies and released them into nature! What an amazing month it has been to watch the grow and transform!

Can you find two equations that have a matching sum or difference? This was a tricky game that had us practicing our addition and subtraction strategies!

No outdoor time, no problem! We had the best torn working in teams, being active and most important having fun!!

We can’t make up this kind of excitement!! Today we were able to observe some of our butterflies emerging! We saw one emerge from hanging and one from the ground. They both climbed to hang upside down and let their wings dry!

We loved using nature to represent time in years, months, weeks and days! So much conversation and creativity this morning.

Exciting observation this morning!! Our caterpillars have climbed to the top and gotten in their J shape!

We loved exploring angles this week! Can you spot a right angle, acute angle and obtuse angle in nature?

We had a special delivery!!🐛 We are so excited to observe and investigate the lifecycle of a butterfly!

Today we celebrated colour day as a whole school ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

The best day!! 🦍🦒🐅🐫🦩 Thank you so much to our WDS parent volunteers for making this day possible. So many amazing things to see and do. “This is the best day ever” was heard many times. I think our buckets and hearts are full☺️
