On call this weekend so getting my new years week POTA Activation in tomorrow at US-0548 Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge (EM13) from roughly 1400-1800z or so, various bands/ modes - may video parts

Worked the “trifecta” today on single RS-44 45 degree pass 3/FT4, 1/CW, 3/SSB out of back of suv at local city park 😁

Had to get in on the fun… SSTV Robot 36C images from RS74S / Articsat-1

I’m not 100% there yet - still trying to figure some things out but did make 1st FT4 contact on RS-44 (yes still using Elk ant lol) Thanks #KS6T

Logs uploaded from yesterday (POTA / SAT). Used the CSN SAT Controller in AP mode as no or very limited internet - worked great and good to keep in practice. 73 - Jim WD5GRW

Guess the APRS worked on both radio (was off a couple times) and iPhone… plan on doing logs tomorrow… just got back

Awesome contact today on RS-44 at 1.5 deg on a 3 deg pass... I hauled stuff out to a table to have a semi clear shot for my first EU contact - Thanks Peter @2m0sql ! I was at EM22au (POTA US-3031) Lake Tawakoni State Park in N Texas
