7:27 PM THURSDAY | A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Knox and Whitley Counties in Kentucky until 10:30pm tonight. Thunderstorms with heavy rain have already produced over 1" to 2" of rain in the warned area. Avoid flooded roads and stay weather alert! #10weather

RADAR UPDATE (THU 7:13 PM) | Scattered storms with heavy rain are developing quickly across SE Kentucky, the Plateau, and the mountains & foothills. Strong storms were located north of Williamsburg, KY and east of Morristown. Be prepared to move indoors and avoid flooded roads!
