Really a sad move! Lots of radio amateurs, students & weather enthu community worldwide were keenly using it's APT services for self learning, school college demonstration, and during cyclones! .We loved you NOAA!.

Wish someday I could hear ISS Crew & had a radio contact with him!.
We hear @Astro_Ayers was active on the ARISS radio yesterday, making some memorable contacts with hams on the ground. Back in the day you would use different frequencies for casual crew contacts, now it's all done via the repeater frequencies.

Normal (v/u repeater, aprs digipeater) operations is also exciting to use hi. hi. .
With the SSTV event finishing yesterday, the ARISS radios are back to "norminal" operation. Enjoy!

Tomorrow 4th July 2025 is a special day for Poland & India. We had two back to back ARISS ham radio tele bridge events, during which school students with live talk with Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski SQ7AS & Mission pilot Shubhanshu Shukla VU2TNI aboard ISS.
