6th March 2025, the day I successfully defended my PhD thesis. I loved working with my hydrogels and look forward to the next set of challenges 🔬.PhD done and dusted .

I started 2024 with two challenges. • Finishing my PhD.• Completing an Ironman.While both were daunting, together they balanced each other. The Ironman was completed with a smile on my face, and I intend to apply the same spirit and dedication in finishing my PhD.

Very happy to share our latest paper where we investigate how myofibroblasts respond to mechanical actuation in vitro! This research helps us to understand how actuation can modulate the foreign body response and will inform the design of next gen medical devices ⚡️.
