At Cantine Florio, each harvest blends ancient wisdom with modern technique. The Grillo grapes, from which Marsala Florio is made, undergo intense extraction and precise fermentation to create Vino Florio a wine with a bold structure and elegant marine hints of seaweed and salt.

Only 3,500 magnum bottles of Carnasciale Il Caberlot are produced each year and hand-numbered by Bettina, who has been running the small estate with her family since the beginning. ⁠

Caberlot: between mystery and reality. A story of love, passion, luck, and mystery as unique as the grape variety that gives birth to this extraordinary wine. Il Caberlot was naturally born from the crossing of Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

Symphony in the glass, note by note, slowly revealing the harmony achieved through a slow and patient aging process.⁠

Vines are trained high off the ground to promote photosynthesis and canopy management in intensely watched throughout the growing season. An array of wide and narrowly rooted cover crops are used between the rows to promote microoxygenation and natural regeneration of the soils.
