Again they ask me to make payment. people coming to home from colection team and troubling me so this made me to do as attached in picture. For past 8 years no payment were missed from my end, everything was done on time but nothing matters thought their customer got affected.
Even this information was not shared to me But ombudsman and cyber security still actively working on it. I conveyed everything to the bank and asked to hold the payment but they sent 10plus messages daily and nearly 10 calls to make payment and I convey the same to everyone,.
but only then I got up for the call and reported it fraud and in the same day made cyber security complaint and later ombudsman.Conveyed same to bank but they keep insisting me to pay the payment even after finding out that some other beneficiary used this payment.
and the card was with me, it was 3:00 am in morning and otp received but without my knowledge otp compromised (I was sleeping at that time and not clicked on any link or shared OTP). Later I received automated ivr to check whether those transactions were genuine.
