Internationalist anarchists are closer to holding Marxist positions than most people who call themselves Marxists (MLs, Maoists, Trotskyists, Neo-Kauts, etc).
Many Marxists claim that Leninist states are a distortion of Marxism because Marx didnโt mean a literal workerโs government by โdictatorship of the proletariatโ he meant workers power generally in society. Sorry, but if Marx was an anarchist why was he so hostile to anarchists?
