Can an Indian Bank simply disallow indian citizen to open a account with them? @KotakBankLtd is not allowing me to open its 811 account , without any reason Is there any regulator for this? Will any influencer make a video on this? @Akshat_World @anantladha25

So after having a preferred account with hdfcbank, I tried to open 811 @KotakBankLtd account, where it shows error and from the @KotakBankLtd team, I came to know I am not qualified and eligible for 811 account😂 When I asked eligibility criteria, no answer
