It's cheaper for @amazon, and the worker isn't protected by state laws. It's unfair that workers in all of the other states can get benefits and treatment that the workers in these 3 states can't. The claim adjuster can literally not respond to the worker and leave them in limbo.

I am surprised @amazon workers in LA, OK, and TX do not get together to do a class action suit regarding workplace injuries. These are the only states where they are not a state workers comp subscriber and use an Occupational Injury Benefit Plan through Anchor Risk & Claim Mgmt.

Even with auto warranties, you will receive a breakdown of what's covered and what's not. It's all itemized. Do you want to prove that having your coverage is worthwhile because we are saving so much or that it is a waste of money because you aren't covering much?

You say that the non-covered items are modifications and permits, but your website shows that you are not covering the air handler unit. But the rep on the phone says you are. Am I to believe my eyes or what I am told?

Where is the transparency? You would have happier customers and accountant if you shared all of the things that you are covering. So we are supposed to take your word that you are covering items and that we have reached a contract limit when you have not given any proof?

Binge watched all seasons of #Station19 these past few months and I can see why it's ending. It started off strong, but I could see if going down in Season 5 and 6. Season 7 is a random ass dumpster fire of episodes. 😩
