This is nuts. Wineries should be astonishingly grateful to get visitors and direct sales. If they can't do customer service right, they have lost it. And asking for a tip on wine sales??? Bonkers
Getting negative feedback is never fun, but it's important to assess. I received one this past week that made me wonder what I believe about wine industry hospitality.
