President Carter supported the D.C. Voting Rights Constitutional Amendment and was a champion for human rights everywhere. His leadership and compassion made the world a better place. Our prayers are with his family today.

Great news! This is a big step forward toward re-imagining the RFK site, including the possibility of a new stadium. The best interests of District residents --in particular those in the surrounding communities-- must be at the forefront of any outcome.
The bill to transfer RFK Stadium to the district - paving the way for a new commanders stadium in dc - is heading to the presidents desk for a signature.
