We casually say ull be born as a dog in ur next life lol. That's the aukat of dogs. Obv it comes from all these references. Our grandparents/parents used to keep most animals & birds in the house. From cows to deers but never dogs. Always outside the gate not just the door.

@Vihaaann My neighbourhood didn’t have a single street dog about 2-3 years ago, but lately I’ve noticed a few roaming around. I complained to a guard and got to know that some residents don’t allow the guards to shoo them away and instead choose to feed them. And forget street dogs, even.

Update : . Now there are 6-7 such dogs primarily cos of one jobless depressed uncle who feeds them but hasn't adopted them. I feel like running my car over them. Absolutely filthy creatures.
There's a dog in our neighborhood which always bark & chases my car. If i take my dad's car or my sis car it'll still chase but it never chases when my dad or otrs r driving the same cars. Its been happening fr more than 5 yrs now. I wonder what does it see? A ghost behind me?😂.

Dog lovers are not actually dog lovers ,they are lovers of certain breeds of dogs that elevate their status and class in urban society. If they so dearly love dogs then they would have adopted indies ,street dogs but this won't give them a tag of elite and rich.
