@HospitalsApollo I don’t want to be that customer that only complains. From the time I booked the report, the collector was at my location wthn 15 mins and took the test. Really appreciate the speed of collection. But, the customer experience post this has been terrible.

Absolutely disappointed with your call centre for not taking responsibility for your collectors commitment and hanging up; and your collectors lack of professionalism and blatant lying. Terrible experience, especially when I needed the report urgently!

Next I call the collector Manoj 8497017023 and he completely denies having the conversation with me. While I’m trying to reason with him, he is getting angry and starts speaking rudely. What is the meaning of this?

This is ridiculous. Customer service not taking responsibility for collector. Are they both separate entities or part of @HospitalsApollo group as one? Customers expect this as one. While I am talking, the customer hangs up.

Now, when I call your call centre, they say that the report will be available only in the evening. When I told them that the collector committed on a timeline, they said “we cannot take responsibility for what he said” and I have to talk to him directly.
