Step workout this morning, I skipped my hula so I could eat well before my dental appointment, (all was fine, thankfully) but of course, I fit my pseudosquats in. Later: hula hoop & rebounder, not at the same time. Or will I? ๐คก

Good morning! I'm doing yoga just once a week & today was the day. Everything felt good, though I learned that I feel the right shoulder when trying to clasp my hands in bridge pose, so I'll keep my hands by my side. I also did my pseudosquats

Leg day! I didn't forget to add my kettlebell swings, but I'm still looking for the right weight. 20 and 25 were too light. I held this pseudosquat for nearly a minute and a half.

I just learned today that 12.5 oz of beef is my max in one sitting. How do I know? Because I tried 13.5 oz earlier & felt horribly stuffed. Why didn't I stop? I didn't want to. ๐ I had about 2 T sour cream as well, which is what I had w/the 12.5 oz

A new addition to the family. This 20 pound weighted vest is for the Mr b/c it's too darn heavy for me. On our walk, I used my 10, he used his. I don't know if it was my imagination but I think we walked slower.๐

I did some walking with Leslie Sansone, then got down for a few pseudosquats in my Christmas lights jammies and SF Giants hoodie. My rebounder arrived yesterday, I'll be setting it up later today. ๐ฅณ

Another hiit day ๐ฅต I only did 3 rounds instead of 4 b/c of time. I threw in some pseudosquats after, no time to hula. I had to go with this angle b/c I didn't want to pull a @RachyBull ๐

This is summer 2024. I had my arm sticking out the door so he wouldn't be scared of my giant face. ๐ He and the Mrs. would come around for snacks. I didn't see them much last year b/c of the cats, but they made their presence known this morning ๐ฅฐ

The worst part of working out consistently is that you'll eventually get hurt. It happens, I don't make the rules. The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup.

Back, biceps, hamstrings today. Oh, we mustn't forget the pseudosquats, day 80! Lighter weights for biceps on the right b/c that arm had been feeling discomfort.

I had a bad stomach ache last night, which hadn't happened in years. No idea why. I was ok enough this morning to do a step workout followed by my pseudosquats (day 79 if I'm not mistaken). No hula hoop, I didn't want to push my luck. ๐
