Colwick residential camp fire was a glorious evening and rounded off a fantastic day for everyone. #VPSevents

The kids were a credit to themselves and the school. They scaled some heights and experienced things they might not normally do. Thanks to staff for making this possible - some even managed a couple of minutes sleep at some point too. #VPSevents

Our Year 5s and 6s took part in a residential visit before half term at Colwick and, judging by the pictures, appeared to be having way too much fun in the sun and out on the lake! #VPSevents

The staff teams did not do so well with the tough RND quiz questions but they were brilliant sports in aid of an excellent cause. Thank you Miss Murphy and Miss Musson. The pie in the face represents a great job for a great cause.

Well. Not sure that could have gone any better! Beautiful evening at Victoria with our family Iftar. Mrs Latif and Mrs Shafi were at it again with parental engagement excellence. The food and community feel were a different level tonight. Thank you to all involved #VPSevent

Our Mothers’ Day event was brilliant!!! Well done Mrs Latif and others who put in the work to make it so successful. The parents and kids appreciated the treats and beverages on offer. Well done all. Bring on Fathers’ Day breakfast in June!

Mrs Whistler has organised a parents/pupils coding group. This has involved some amazing kit and everyone has loved the sessions even when deep concentration has been required. #VPSevent

Last couple on the regional dance competition from yesterday. Miss Mullins has poured her heart in to getting 3 dance teams ready. No other school out of 30+ entries did that. Getting the balance between excellence and encouraging as much participation as possible is…1/2

The results are in. Final score. These young ladies missed out on the podium - and a place in the National finals - by a meagre 5 points. We are proud of all our dancers but these girls really set the standard on stage yesterday. Excellence in green. Proud as. #VPSPE
