Quick hint to save MANY tokens: Plan with Claude Opus 4.6/GPT 5.3 codex and prompt the agent to assign the right model for each group of tasks, considering the complexity. Most tasks can be done by more dumb models and you end up with the smart one orchestrating everything.

I’m going to restrict the number of categories on ShineUp, probably just to two, music and dance. Being compared to TikTok makes me understand end users get this wrong. We are building the best talent show app and the way we’ll get there is by focusing on those niches.
