2️⃣ Fair pay & real progression • Equal work = equal pay (40% of women say they earn less) • Transparent career pathways • End discrimination linked to pregnancy, parental status or caring

And yet, women remain positive and determined. ✅Many say treatment of women has improved. ✅They value the stability and security of these jobs. And for good reason: on average, roles in male-dominated industries pay $30K more than those in female-dominated sectors.

Workplaces in male-dominated industries remain unequal. Women report discrimination, unsafe facilities, pay gaps, and too often harassment and violence are ignored.
